The appeal against the Employment Appeals Tribunal decision to support the sacking of bus driver Ashley Reed by Go South Coast.
Readers will be aware that on 27 March 2026, all three panel judges decided that Ashley Reed had not been unfairly dismissed. In fact, the panel dismissed everything that was put before them.
